What happens if I lose access to my registered email?

If you’ve changed or lost access to the email you originally used to sign up, don’t worry—we can help.

To update your email:

  1. Contact us via in-app chat (or from your old email if possible)

  2. Be prepared to confirm your identity using personal details or a quick ID check

  3. Once verified, we’ll update your email and send you a fresh login link

Please note that we may restrict sensitive actions until your identity is confirmed.
