Why can't I withdraw?

If when you try to withdraw you're getting an error banner "Something went wrong", head to the account tab of the app > Privacy and security > Reset. This will reset your biometrics. You can then re-enable them by clicking the orange banner. If you then go back to the Sidekick Wallet, your withdrawal should now work.
