We use a company called GoCardless to manage our Direct Debit processes.
When your loan has been finalised we will send your Direct Debit details to GoCardless who will set this up with your Bank. We will notify you by email within 3 days to confirm that your Direct Debit has been set up.
Prior to your first payment you will also receive a notification of the scheduled repayment.
GoCardless are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, for the provision of payment services.
